Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she trains athletes. Annie is the first female to be crowned the winner of in the CrossFit Games twice. In both 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion as well as a media star. Her fame was boosted by her being the first female to win taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 In 2013, as well as 2017 she was the winner of in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie became the very first woman to win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to an exceptional performance. In 2014, Annie was awarded a Silver Medal, and, most recently, in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie coaches and trains in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie has gained recognition for her athletic skills, has appeared in advertisements of athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs, among others. Her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie" which has over 1,000 followers. The channel is where she uploads videos about training diet, family life and traveling.
